Malvern, Melbourne
Registered Nurse · AHPRA · Malvern
Hayleigh didn’t drift into cosmetics – she chose it after years in emergency nursing, because she believed cosmetic care could be done with more honesty, more clinical rigour, and less pressure.
You Nurse
Before aesthetics, Hayleigh worked in emergency nursing – fast-paced, high-stakes, and built on clinical judgment under pressure. That background shaped everything about how she approaches cosmetic care today.
She moved into aesthetics because she saw an industry where clients often felt rushed, pressured, or unsure about what was being done to them. She wanted to do it differently.
At Sculpt by Nurses, every appointment starts with a conversation – not a treatment plan. Hayleigh takes time to understand what brought you in, explains your options honestly, and will always tell you if something isn’t suitable. The right answer is sometimes “not yet” or “not at all.”
She’s currently completing postgraduate studies in dermatology nursing, building toward an even deeper clinical foundation for the care she provides.

How We Work
01
Every appointment starts with a conversation – not a treatment plan. We discuss your goals, assess suitability, and explain options before anything else happens. There’s no obligation to proceed.
02
If something isn’t suitable, we’ll say so — even if you came in wanting it. If less is more, we’ll recommend less. Our job is to advise, not to sell. The right answer is sometimes no.
03
We believe cosmetic treatments should enhance, not transform. The goal is for people to say you look well — not to guess what you had done. Conservative technique is a clinical choice, not a limitation.
